- Indirizzo: Via Cavour 25, 24046 Osio Sotto (BG)
- Email di contatto: info@skynetlab.net
- ORCID: 0009-0000-5002-4199
- l'indirizzo email con cui entri, ricevuto direttamente o dal tuo account Google se scegli l'accesso con Google;
- la chiave di sessione: nel nostro registro ne conserviamo solo un'impronta crittografica, la chiave in chiaro resta nel tuo browser;
- data di registrazione e dell'ultimo accesso;
- piano, stato e scadenza dell'abbonamento, e gli identificativi cliente e abbonamento del fornitore di pagamento, quando attivo;
- la tua Watchlist, cioè l'elenco dei titoli che segui;
- quali analisi hai già aperto e quante ne hai usate nel mese, comprese le analisi extra acquistate, per non fartele pagare due volte e mostrarti quelle residue;
07Diritti dell'interessato
In qualità di interessato, l'utente può esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti previsti dagli artt. 15-22 del GDPR, e in particolare:
- Diritto di accesso ai propri dati
- Diritto di rettifica di dati inesatti o incompleti
- Diritto alla cancellazione ("diritto all'oblio")

Privacy
Notice.

01Data controller
The data controller is:
- Filippo Pilotta, natural person, as operator of the website and of the SKYNETLAB brand
- Address: Via Cavour 25, 24046 Osio Sotto (BG), Italy
- Contact email: info@skynetlab.net
- ORCID: 0009-0000-5002-4199
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as the mandatory conditions set forth in Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
02Data we process
Visitors without an account. The site only collects technical browsing data: IP address, browser, date and time, pages requested and any referring page, recorded by the hosting infrastructure for technical and security purposes. There are no traffic analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
People with an account. Using the analyses requires an account. In that case we process:
- the email address you sign in with, received directly or from your Google account if you choose to sign in with Google;
- the session key: our registry keeps only a cryptographic fingerprint of it, the key itself stays in your browser;
- date of registration and of the last sign-in;
- plan, status and expiry of the subscription, and the customer and subscription identifiers of the payment provider, once active;
- your Watchlist, that is the list of tickers you follow;
- which analyses you already opened and how many you used in the month, including extra analyses purchased, so you never pay twice and can see what is left;
- technical logs of calls to the service, with a pseudonymous identifier and not your email, for security and diagnostics.
The analyses themselves are informational content about listed securities, the same for everyone, and contain no data about you.
Data stored in your browser. Your browser keeps the chosen language (cata_lang) and, if you have an account, the session key, email and account status (cata_chiave, cata_email, cata_me). They are removed when you sign out or clear the site data.
03Purposes
- Providing the service: account access, analyses, Watchlist, counting the analyses included in the plan.
- Managing subscriptions and payments, once active.
- Sending strictly necessary emails, such as the sign-in link. We send no newsletters or promotional messages.
- Security, abuse prevention, diagnostics.
- Complying with legal obligations, in particular tax obligations for payments.
04Legal basis
For the account, analyses, Watchlist and counters the basis is the performance of the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For technical browsing data and security logs it is the legitimate interest of the Controller in protecting the service (point f). For billing data it is a legal obligation (point c).
05Who processes data on our behalf
- Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, running the service and database (processor under Art. 28 GDPR).
- Google LLC: sign-in with Google, only if you choose it, and the site typefaces (Google Fonts), which may record the visitor's IP address.
- Resend: sending the sign-in link emails.
- Stripe: payments, once subscriptions open. Card data is handled only by Stripe and never reaches us.
We do not sell or share data with third parties.
06Retention
- Account (email, plan, Watchlist): for as long as the account is active. To close it, write to info@skynetlab.net from the account address: we delete email, key and Watchlist.
- List of opened analyses and monthly counters: 40 days, then deleted automatically.
- Sign-in links: 15 minutes, single use.
- Technical logs: no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate abuse.
- Billing data: for the period required by law.
07Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, the user can exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR, in particular:
- Right of access to one's data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it)
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@skynetlab.net, providing enough information to identify the request. A response will be provided within 30 days.
08Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Google, Resend and Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as offered by each provider.

The controller reserves the right to update this notice to reflect regulatory, technical or organizational changes. Subsequent versions will be published on this same page, with indication of the update date.
